Key Responsibilities
- Team and Partner Management
• Manage internal teams and Key Account Managers (KAMs)
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with partners
• Organize meetings to address challenges and share insights
- Data Analysis and Strategy
• Use tools like Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and Notion for data-driven decisions
• Analyze metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies
• Prepare reports for stakeholders
- Strategic Planning and Improvement
• Collaborate on new features and initiatives
• Implement SOPs and plan resources for growth
• Lead projects aligned with company goals and identify improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in working with creators, partners or related.
- Proven experience in operations management in tech or high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and Notion
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
